About The Blue Anchor
Located in the village of Feering just outside Colchester, The Blue Anchor offers visitors a bar and restaurant, as well as six boutique-style rooms. The converted 16th century coaching inn was extensively refurbished in 2013 to create a fusion of modern style and traditional, rustic touches, with a walled garden also available for outdoor eating and drinking when the weather is fine. The venue has previously been used as a location on a national TV show, and is available for private function hire.

Great menu, service and atmosphere. We went for the 6 course tasting menu, and all the dishes were tasty.
