I treated myself to a Groupon voucher for Float Away. The voucher entitled me to a 2 hour experience, which was valid for 4 months. Three months has passed and I decided to use my voucher but much to my surprise, when I logged into Groupon , the voucher had been REDEEMED, exactly 3 months from the date of purchase.
When I contacted Float Away, the lady on the telephone was far from helpful although she did state on the telephone that Float Away redeem the vouchers! The conversation was going no where, she told me to contact Groupon. Since this i have had contact with Groupon but still waiting on a response from Float Away.
I find it very hard to believe that in 2024 and all the technology we have excess to, that either service providers cannot get to the bottom of this.
I have faithfully paid in full for a service that I did not receive. Still awaiting a full refund by original method of payment.
