The Good Food & Wine Company
From Our Editors
The Good Food and Wine Company is located in Queens Arcade in the heart of Belfast, 200 yards from Belfast City Hall. We are a local artisan Teahouse and foodhall in Belfast City Centre. Everything we produce comes from small local artisans or from their own development kitchen in Ballymoney. The foodhall in belfast also sells local award winning artisan products individually or in hampers that can be delivered to your home or as wonderful gifts.
Had a fantastic experience, the staff were helpful, the food was delicious can't fault it will be back
Lovely food, nice service, the leaf tea itself was the best, quiet little oasis tea and food shop right in the centre of Belfast. This is good value for a simple afternoon tea. Knowing that the voucher sites get a very large chunk of the voucher price, it is very good for how much the patisserie are receiving. It's a small afternoon tea, but lovely, and at £9.50 per head, compared to over £40 at a nearby 4 star hotel, very worth the treat. Though it wouldn't take up an hour's visit quite, it is still worth a visit out especially, I think. If you'll be in the centre already, it's a nice haven and recommended.
I can't give five stars as the heating needed turned up on a cold winter day, upstairs where we ate, but also downstairs.
lovely fresh sandwiches and treats
Ask for your tea & coffee with your food, as ours was finished before we got our food & no refills offered.
It was just OK but I wouldn't recommend. The presentation wasn't great and the service was below average.
Afternoon tea just okay. Scones rock hard and inedible. No coffee top ups.? Have had nicer.
customer service was excellent. however I was charged for a refill coffee which I thought considering it was an afternoon tea was abit cheeky. I would have given them 5 stars if they had of offered refill coffee at no extra cost as the food was very good....one cup of coffee is not enough for an afternoon tea...most places offer pot of coffee when you are paying 19.00 afternoon tea
Lovely quaint place and perfect for pre Christmas thought they seem to eb having a problems with their audio system and as I was sitting under a speaker this was a little annoying. Food quality was good and typical portion size for afternoon tea so don't expect a big lunch for instance. Service was ok but just be aware that any extra drinks will be charged for
food was nice enough but when leaving noticed a billboard with afternoon tea £7 50 per person which meant we didnt get the bargain we thought we did. It was brought for £19. I dont think it was worth it sorry.
The food was absolutely lovely and staff very courteous. Issues when ordering using the Groupon tool though as when I arrived, they didn't have me listed on their books. Possibly because I tried booking for a few hours time.
