If I could give this zero stars I would.
Be aware of false advertising.
I booked this through the online booking and received confirmation from the merchant, however,
This deal when I purchased it clearly stated a set of brushes were included in the voucher.
On redeeming the voucher via text message, I was told by the merchant that they were not included. I sent a screenshot showing that they were.
The merchant then stated that they "would not honour the deal"
After again, initiating and sending me several unwarranted and unnecessary messages, throughout the day, they then cancelled my booking ( which was the next day) with an abusive text message and told me to take it up with Groupon.
I screenshot everything and sent it to Groupon immediately and several times in the following weeks with full-text message transcripts.
Merchant then LIED to Groupon that I had attended.
I once again, sent all the text message transcripts to Groupon and am still waiting to hear back.
I've not received my money back from this lying parasite or from Groupon.
I have filed a dispute and notified my card company, and am now considering taking legal action.
Absolutely disgraceful how merchants like this exist.
