Really nice experience. Everything was organised well and the staff were so lovely and welcoming at reception, spa and during the afternoon tea. The afternoon tea had a good selection of cakes too. Great for the price!

Below standard afternoon tea. Veggie sandwiches were chopped salad and egg mayo. Shop bought cakes. Staff helpful but did not know what was going on with deal, must have spoken to at least 6 staff members all if which told us different things. Pool and sauna etc were good. Would not recommend. Will not allow this post if I select 2 stars!!

Decent afternoon tea served by excellent friendly staff in a warm atmosphere. Leisure facilities not bad but abit dated, steam room out of order.

The spa was great, the pool was a nice size so we had the opportunity to swim too. And the afternoon tea was lovely. The staff were very attentive and we had more than enough to eat and drink!

The customer service before we got there was very poor I called for 4 days before anyone answered the phone, as well as sending a email, I then made a reservation but had no confirmation of this arrived, it was obvious that the reservation had not been made when we got there. However, once we were there the staff were more than accommodating and the leisure facilities were very nice, the afternoon tea was lovely we each had a mini bottle of Prosecco, plenty of tea lots of love sandwiches and cakes along with scones.

Leisure facilities were nice, but afternoon cream tea was awful! We had warm sandwiches which were very basic (finger type). Fillings consisted of ham & tomato, cheese & pickle and turkey slices which were very dry. Everything appeared to be done on the cheap. Cakes were poor too apart from the scone which was nice but very small. None of the food tasted fresh so we were really disappointed! Also and just to add, the room where we were sat was filthy, dust everywhere and cobwebs hanging from all of the lights. Service was as also poor and very slow. The waitress we had kept leaving the room! Would not recommend at all, sorry.
