There were workmen drilling and banging while we had our treatment no one informed us . Could smell the drains inside the pool area steam room was over heated so was unable to use it. Had to walk past all the workmen in our dressing gown to go for our afternoon tea which was not fresh bread . Stressful day instead of a relaxing day very very di
Friendly staff, lovely facilities, wonderful treatments and nice afternoon tea. Throughly enjoyed it here and would go again.
Average. Although the facial was nice and also the arm massage, it would have been useful to get some advice on the products. the location is a bit difficult to find and you need to ask for an exit code at the desk when you come by car. More information is needed at the reception but friendly staff.
Trying to book was tricky, availability was limited so we had to go on a weekend but were then charged a £10 surcharge because of this!!
Pool area was ok, though there was nowhere near enough loungers for the amount of people in!
Can’t fault the treatments, back massage and a facial which were amazing.
Afternoon tea was nothing to rave about neither.
Bought as a Mother’s Day present so while we made a day of it we certainly won’t be going back!
Lovely staff, great treatments. Spent a lovely relaxing day.
Lovely place and lovely treatments
Lovely friendly staff. Really nice facilities and a really basic but tasty afternoon tea.
Amazing massage, fabulous place, friendly staff. Would defo recommend
Nice pool and jacuzzi area, treatments were spot on and the therapists were very nice. Afternoon tea was tasty and not overwhelmingly massive. Overall a very good value for money experience.
Very welcome friendly staff. Lovely treatments and excellent high tea. Highly recommend!
