The treatment included was rasul which is use of exfoliating scrub and mud self administered then sit in a steam room. The steam area was not working efficiently. The steam was so full on you could not see, the unit was dripping scalding hot water which dripped on to my feet as couldn't see the unit . The overhead lights weren't working the control room to electrics was broken and open.
