About Mat Follas

Masterchef winner, Mat Follas hosts a wild food foraging experience that begins with refreshments being served at Bramble Cafe & Deli, Poundbury. Groups will then go on a journey to search for wild plants and herbs and explore methods of preparing them looking at hedgerow and woodland plants and on Dorset's Chesil Beach, where participants will observe how to identify seashore edible plants with confidence. The foragers will end the day at Bramble cafe and sit down to a three-course lunch prepared with seasonal and foraged ingredients.
