About Bramble Cafe

Masterchef winner, Mat Follas hosts a wild food foraging experience that begins with refreshments being served at Bramble Cafe & Deli, Poundbury. Groups will then go on a journey to search for wild plants and herbs and explore methods of preparing them. The foragers will also sit down to a three-course lunch prepared with seasonal foraged ingredients, and the day will end on Dorset's Chesil Beach, where participants will observe how to identify seashore edible plants with confidence.
