Very pleasant afternoon tea but disappointed with some of the pool facilities there was sand in the bottom of the jacuzzi which when we asked why were advised it was due to a broken filter we immediately got out and felt that it should not have been in use this did spoil our pool experience

Great value for money! Lovely and plentiful afternoon tea with a glass of prosecco and tea/coffee included followed by five hour access to the spa: steam room, sauna, pool and hot tub. Only minor criticism was that the hot tubs filter was broken meaning there was a collection of sand at the bottom

A pretty poor restaurant that has ideas above it's status. Portrays fine dining ( priced as such too ) but very average food quality. We would not eat in the restaurant again.

Food was really nice.however be advised there’s not that much on the menu for the price (8 pound for and starter and 16 pound for mains) if you want the steak like we did you have to pay for the supplement and then the cost of sides i.e like chips. So we ended up with a bill of around £40 on top of the groupon we already paid. The wine is also very limited

I felt the ofer was overpriced and wasn’t value for money. side orders are required to accompany the meal which I didn’t expect to pay extra for. So overal what I thought was going to be a 4star treat ended up being a 2 star experience. We will never go there again.
