It was ok. I have had better spa days to be honest! The showers in the ladys changing rooms were out of order. I got my foot stuck in a hole in the Jacuzzi and it really hurt and it bruised, it kind of sucked my foot in probably needs looking at! Afternoon tea again not great, I’m veggie, I was brought 3 small sandwiches as my meat eating partner was brought 6? After questioning this I was brought an additional 2!? Cakes were much the same as each other I wouldn’t recommend. had to pay for parking as it wasn't until I was inside we could see there are 3 hours free.

Service was fabulous, our waitress Victoria S totally made our experience, Thank You, we had an amazing time the caesar salad, prepared at the table was a great idea and my half roast chicken was delicious, well worth it and will definitely come back, fantastic value!

Despite there being a lot of staff the service was pretty poor to the point where it took about 20 minutes to get someone's attention to order more coffee. The afternoon tea itself was okay but you'd be disappointed if you paid full price for it.

Great service however the food was very poor. No choice of sandwiches and the ones we did receive were stale and had quite obviously been prepared earlier in the day.

Good facilities and lovely afternoon tea. Great customer service. The only reason I didn't give 5star is that there were only 2 showers working as 2 were out of order and the sauna wasn't very hot. They had a repairman booked for later that day but it took the edge off the experience. Aside from those issues very good

Limehouse spa treatments, deep tissue massage and luxury facials were amazing however leisure facilities not so great, floors weren’t clean, 2/4 showers were out of order, the steam room smelt of drains and the overall pool/jacuzzi area looked run down. Afternoon tea wasn’t of great standard, tea was cold, sandwiches were dry and not much filling and all the cakes were soggy and stuck together, looked like shop bought scones and cakes more like a kids tea party so unfortunately will not be returning.

I enjoyed myself however my experience was slightly spoiled by small children in the pool and jacuzzi, no problem with kids I just wanted to relax in the spa with my girlfriend for her birthday. No staff apart from at the des
