Great service, I've tried many and this is one of the best for laser hair removal

I was very disappointed with the service. I would not recommend booking through Groupon — customers seem to be treated poorly and appointment availability is very limited (even when booking 6 weeks beforehand!) I spoke to a lady who worked there who assured me that a note had been made to change my appointment, but when I called to confirm, there was no record of it. The whole process was very disorganised. There are many other companies in Central London that offer a much more reliable and professional service for laser treatment which I wish I had rebooked instead!
