Was met by young lady …’Ikela’( hope spelling correct)- who was courteous /friendly and professional. Environment clean -gloves used appropriately & paper covering bed -clean and changed whilst there . Privacy & dignity maintained throughout. Treatment :- Was explained in great detail also received advise re-optioned required. I didn’t feel rushed /hurried through procedure. Face cleaned prior treatment & after HIFU -cream applied -nice facial massage. Noticed attention to detail -whilst being treated & felt that I was heard when asked advise and that she was honest. 🙏

Absolute scam-avoid. The aesthetician tried to lure me into upgrading to 9D HIFU which can treat bigger area. I have purchased FACE & NECK and had only lower face and double chin area treated. Since I’ve had the treatment before I knew that was a cheat with very little area treated (old machine making awful sound) or best case scenario “you pay little, you get what you paid for” I was booked at 8pm while the salon is open until 7pm. Seems like someone is using the location not necessarily being trained. Lies and spoof throughout. For safety issue avoid.
