Turned up for my appointment and the place was closed, looked as tho it has been closed for weeks. Rang the salon number, left messages and 5 minutes later a woman called, apologising and rearranging my appointment for the following week. 3 days before the appointment I got call and an email cancelling my appointment with out any consideration. Meanwhile I already have made the payment through Groupon and they redeemed my voucher. Absolutely disgraceful and appalling way to treat customers.

Shah was super helpful and really went out her way to make sure I was comfortable and wasn't too sore during my waxing as I'm heavily pregnant. I'm definitely coming back and would recommend her to anyone.

Had a lovely manicure here! Got some great advice on what shellac options to go for. The place is very COVID safe and great measures have been put in place to allow for social distancing and safety regulations.
