Poor experience. Despite email confirming treatments together, only 1 therapist working. Pool was cold , towels threadbare. Treatment was with a male therapist we were not informed of this nor was it mentioned in any correspondence. Treatments mediocre at best. Hot oil rubbed onto back. Hot flannels X3 applied during facial which quickly cooled down. Horrible Head massage down with pony tail and clips still in my hair.

Love this place! Highly recommended. Friendly staff, great service and pool is lovely (albeit a bit cold!). Infrared sauna is great too. Really great place and somewhere I would happily recommend to friends and family.
