Love this place! Highly recommended. Friendly staff, great service and pool is lovely (albeit a bit cold!). Infrared sauna is great too. Really great place and somewhere I would happily recommend to friends and family.

We had a Groupon deal which was good value. It was very quiet as it was a Thursday morning-afternoon. The facilities are very clean but both toilets had run out of toilet paper. The treatment (facial) was great, the staff were really friendly. But I have dropped one star as the facilities are very basic, with only a pool and a sauna. Our local Marriott has a fab jacuzzi and steam room too. The afternoon tea came with a glass of Prosecco. We had gluten free and vegan options. The scones and sandwiches were nice but the cakes on both were dry and not very nice.

The spa area looked a little tired in places and basically consisted of a pool and sauna cabin. The relaxation room was very pleasant and the treatments (massage and facial) were first class. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.
The afternoon tea was a pretty standard mix of sandwiches, scones and cake which was nice enough but perhaps a little uninspiring.
All things considered, a pleasant afternoon.

It took 3 weeks to get someone to get back to me just to book, the treatments were poor compared to last time we were there when it was a McDonald hotel, , the afternoon tea was very sub standard, stale bread , basic fillings, cakes shop bought, scones cheap and still frozen inside, all in all not the day we expected and won't be going back , there was another couple who's experience was the same , very disappointed
