I left vital smile disappointed. The room was scabby and the girl was awkward, sounding like she was reading from a script. She put a gel on my teeth then put a lamp over my face and disappeared for half an hour, returning with a man who she proceeded to place on the bed next to me, which she hadn't even informed me she was going to do. Dispite showing me a row of teeth and pointing to what shade she thought my teeth were at the start, at the end she assured me my teeth had improved by two shades but would not allow me to see my teeth in the mirror. The first thing I done was check my teeth in a mirror after leaving, they were no different. Would not recommend. Have told people not to buy

Online booking did not make it clear that two people could be treated at once. I made two consecutive appointments for myself & my husband and we both ended up being treated at the same time as two other random clients when we could have been together

I've put in a complaint to Groupon about this which I see is being dealt with, so hopefully can explain further there but in summary treatment had no discernible results and place was not clean, staff were polite and friendly but that was the only positive.

The treatment didn't work on me. I didn't see any difference at all.

Both myself and my partner bought this treatment worth “£349”. It was absolutely terrible. I feel totally ripped off and I don’t think groupon should still be advertising it as this as it is in no way worth that sort of money. I was expecting a George Street dental clinic, the clinic was down an alley with a bit paper stuck to the door with a hand written note of a mobile number to ring on arrival. it was clearly a room hired for the day and 2 beds put up. When buying such an expensive procedure I would have expected a much higher level of professionalism. Not a young girl who did not change her gloves between clients. After my procedure which is just gel on a mouth guard and a blue light for 50 minutes (certainly not worth £349!) I was told my teeth had got whiter by 6 shades! When I asked to check the before and after myself the girl looked shocked and asked why! I disagreed that my teeth had got any whiter and was told the reason for that was that it was a natural product. Clearly the girl agreed as she said “well they do look a bit brighter”. I did not pay to have my teeth brightened; I was expecting to have them whitened. The girl said that they do get whiter gradually, when I asked how this would happen she said that I would need at least 2 more treatments to see any difference. I said I was really disappointed as I saw no difference, the girl obviously agreed with me as she offered another 25min session there and then. I declined this offer as I had already wasted an hour of my time on something which didn’t worth at all! So upset to have wasted money on this badly advertised product. she said sorry about that and i left with no method of challenging the situation. My partner had the exact same experience with no change to his teeth that we could see but he was told his teeth were 4 shades whiter. this was all decided on by the girl and he was never shown the 'after' in the mirror which I feel is very sneaky as he did not see the results until he had left the clinic. We bought this as a treat as we are getting married this year and wanted whiter teeth for the day, we are now both so upset to have wasted money on this badly advertised product. There is no way you can ever charge over £300 for something which does not work. We would like our money back.

Scary going in to a plain room in a shared office with no branding, only one representative, and no paperwork to take away on what to do if you have trouble afterwards (I didn't as it happens).

I would recommend that they avoid using this clinic's service. Even though cheap for "whitening", you get what you pay for. Although the girl performing the procedure was very friendly, it was in an extremely unprofessional setting and the whitening was of poor quality compared to other clinics (e.g.: only one application of gel, very loose mouthguard so that the gel was unevenly distributed which lead to uneven whitening/loss of gel.)
