Disappointingly the establishment rang me to take the voucher code and then rang back to say they could not fulfil the booking that had been made due to the chef having a bereavement. Rebooked for another time only to be told the Carpenters Arms was closing and changing hands and they would arrange a refund. The refund never happened! Very disappointed with this business.
