First opened in 1976, Ad Lib boasts two Glasgow locations, in Merchant City and the City Centre, and specialises in American cuisine and drinks. From a range of burgers, smoked steaks and fajitas, to daily specials, salads and classic sandwiches, customers can enjoy a range of dishes, all served in a New York-themed interior with the Times Square mural placed in the City Centre restaurant's focal point.
