A little more signage or some indication that the city centre venue is in another businesses building. It was a little confusing to find at the start.

It was very difficult to get through on the telephone in order to get advice on which classes may be best. When I say difficult in actual fact it took more than 3 weeks to speak to someone. They did try to call me back once and left a message on my answer machine. Once I finally had the information on classes I then tried to book on line as advised. This again was difficult as it wanted my card details to charge for the classes. Eventually I drove there during my lunch break from work and was told that I had to give them my groupon details and then book. This was not made clear and the time lapse was dreadful especially when there was an expiry date on the voucher. I went to one class that night and have to say I didn't like it. The teacher was good but the centre is run very much on volume and quick turn around of classes, rushed in and rushed out. It's very much like a fitness club, it didn't have the peaceful clam feel you'd expect from a place specifically for yoga. I am extremely disappointed as I actually bought 2 of these vouchers for my sister and I and by the time I'd made contact with the centre and reached the stage of booking my sister was going away on holiday. Overall it cost me £44 for one yoga class.

I've been twice and tried 2 different classes, both of which I've enjoyed. It's a very friendly studio and really nice to be able to try the different classes despite being a beginner.
