Really lovely relaxing day, friendly & helpful staff

An excellent experience. Back massage was fantastic and had my toenails painted. A lovely swim and jacuzzi session. A great time spent pampering myself. Amazing!!
Poor quality in the cafe I actually thought it was closed. Building work in the cafe. Relaxing spa day turned out to be more like a day at the local leisure centre/kids club as school holidays which having no kids I was totally unaware of - should’ve been told at the time of booking. Steam room broken and working intermittently.
Lovely venue, friendly staff, my daughter and I had a wonderful afternoon, best massage I’ve ever had... relaxing and well worth the mon
I have been 3 times now with my daughter and we love it. The therapists are excellent, truly therapeutic back massage, not just for relaxation, and excellent facials every time. We will definitely be back.
I have bought these vouchers regularly for the last 3 years or so and have always been really impressed with the hotel, spa, food, pool and gym facilities....it has always been a lovely, relaxing getaway for a day, whether using this voucher or the more expensive one including treatments.
However this time I felt that my visit just didn't live up to expectations; workmen were working in the spa cafe area and there was little choice of pastries. The changing rooms and showers were not fresh and clean and the steam room didn't seem to be heating up and so had a musty damp smell to it. To avoid the work in the spa cafe we ate lunch in the Claret Jug bar where the soup was very, very watery and the bread rolls stone hard!
I really have enjoyed my regular trips to Belton over the years and sincerely hope that this is just a blip and not a sign of things to come! Perhaps I'll have to venture up to Forest Pines instead!
Good value for money, garden centre next door too.
