The story of Jamie's Italian began when Jamie Oliver, supported by his Italian mentor, chef Gennaro Contaldo, opened the first restaurant in Oxford in 2008. Since then, the kitchen's experienced chefs have been committed to bringing a piece of Italy to customers all over the UK, with a menu combining traditional recipes and quality ingredients with innovative ideas and Jamie's signature twist. Guests can savour an array of dishes, including freshly made pasta, as well as steaks, pizzas and salads that can be complemented by a fine selection of wine and cocktails.
Staff incredibly rude to us when saw we had a voucher. Which I didn’t get because we where still going to tip, and it’s the company that takes the loss if any for the voucher not the staff.
The restaurant was extremely busy and had run out of various pasta dishes
Service was brilliant and food was fantastic. Accommodated to my vegetarian needs
Good quality Italian food with that Jamie twist. We used the Oxford branch, which was the original Jamie’s , before the explosion of branches.
It still has that extra special feel.
Good service, good food, good ambience
Fab food and great service
I went to the Guildford branch of Jamie's Italian with my sons and we all agreed that experience was great. The service was good and the food was delicious - as always!
