From Our Editors
The story of Jamie's Italian began when Jamie Oliver, supported by his Italian mentor, chef Gennaro Contaldo, opened the first restaurant in Oxford in 2008. Since then, the kitchen's experienced chefs have been committed to bringing a piece of Italy to customers all over the UK, with a menu combining traditional recipes and quality ingredients with innovative ideas and Jamie's signature twist. Guests can savour an array of dishes, including freshly made pasta, as well as steaks, pizzas and salads that can be complemented by a fine selection of wine and cocktails.
Service was really good they got my order wrong then didn’t have what I wanted and gave me my glass of wine free as an apology.
It was Ok but not rushing back
Great food. Prompt friendly service. 👍👍
Our waiter made the experience in Guildford more enjoyable - he was friendly without being over the top.
Always interesting and tasty food.
We used the voucher at the Brighton branch, pre-booked as recommended. We were able to choose items from the set menu, which suited us. The service and food was excellent will definitely revisit.
A tasty meal from a set menu, which didn’t have extensive choices but the pasta we had was cooked beautifully. The staff looked after us and made us feel most welcome.
I would recommend Jamie’s.
Had to wait longer than anticipated for a pre booked table, but service and food at Guildford were very good. Perhaps a little on the pricy side, but overall good
I love everything about Jamie's Italian in Guildford. I haven't been to any others so I can only rate the one in Guildford.
Staff incredibly rude to us when saw we had a voucher. Which I didn’t get because we where still going to tip, and it’s the company that takes the loss if any for the voucher not the staff.
