The Balayage and cut was lovely; Tilly was absolutely fantastic. Please be advised that there is a £30 surcharge for toner and a £30 surcharge for hair longer than shoulder length.

When booking an appointment I spoke to Lisa who was clear on the process for using Groupon and also very helpful. I found parking a short distance away in a multi-storey car park. My hairdresser Demi was with another client and when I arrived, but she regularly kept me updated which was useful and made me feel comfortable it being my first visit. Demi took time to discuss my hair colour and cut before she began. Demi was excellent from beginning to the end of my appointment. It was also possible to have a smoke outside the back of the hairdressers. It was a lovely little spot and made me feel relaxed. Other treatments are available and the high street has a good atmosphere with lots of shops to visit

The young lady was lovely as it was early in the morning it was just the 2 of us. I am very happy with the cut.
