1Life is a nationwide company that operates leisure centres with modern gyms and swimming pools. Every centre offers a wide range of workout classes, from new Les Mills Body Conditioning or Body Pump, to Yoga, Pilates or Aqua. Most centres also run indoor and outdoor sports programmes, plus kids and family activities. Other venues managed by 1Life include golf courses, theatres, nature parks and the National Centre for Craft and Design. Services on offer are suitable for all ages and abilities. Centres are open seven days a week, from early morning to late evening.
