About Alex Nichols Soft Tissue Therapy

Welcoming customers at his studio located within CrossFit 1066, Alex Nichols provides a wide range of services designed to target various musculoskeletal issues. He completed Level 5 training at the London School of Sport and Remedial Massage, but he has been passionate about wellbeing and sports for years now. Initial assessments offered to every customer help identify the problem and prepare a bespoke treatment programme. Deep tissue massages are also on offer.
