We have stayed at the mermaid many time we absolute love it there. Amazing place, lovely people, great food. Can't wait till the next time.

Everything was exceptional from the moment we arrived until we left, nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff who were all extremely pleasant and the food was all well prepared and very nice.

We love the mermaid inn, this being the 9th time we e stayed here. All brilliant, will always return 😊😊

Great place

Absolutely magical. All the staff were friendly and so helpful, especially James the porter who went above and beyond. The decor and ambience of the place was so historic. The room was completely authentic and very clean, with a comfy bed ( there was also a fan which was greatly appreciated with temps of 33 degrees!!). Food was excellent as was the service. Will definitely return and recommend.

Our stay at The Mermaid Inn was absolutely amazing, the staff were completely wonderful and couldn’t do enough to make sure your stay was perfect. Breakfast was really nice and plentiful. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again 👍
