About Osinskys

Named after the original owner of the building, Osinsky's Pool Bar is a feature of Hitchin Market Square since 2012. The restaurant offers leather-clad booths, benches and traditional dining seats to enjoy while perusing its American-inspired menu full of burgers, steaks and sharing combos. To keep guests entertained, Osinsky's sports five HD screens hung on walls around the bar, five pool tables and an extensive bar with a rich drinks menu.
