Woodhurst's Raptor Foundation is focused towards the conservation of birds of prey in two ways: by rescuing, rehabilitating and releasing them back to the wild, and by educating the public about them. The foundation's site contains a hospital, as well as display enclosures of the birds and flying displays. The 25-year-old sanctuary offers bird experiences in the form of beginner's bird handling, falconry lessons and photography days, as well as on-site, three star accommodation. It has a reptile and mammal enclosure, featuring meerkats, a burmese python and a chameleon.
