I had my eyelash extensions done today with Anny, and I couldn’t be happier! I’m very picky and hard to please when it comes to lashes because I’ve had so many bad experiences in the past I actually stopped getting them for years. I finally decided to give them another chance, and choosing Isha Salon, especially Anny, was the best decision. She understood exactly what I wanted, was incredibly nice and professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The results are absolutely perfect, and I’m genuinely so happy with how my lashes turned out. Thank you so much, Anny! I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful, flawless lashes.

I purchased a Groupon voucher and contacted the provided number to book an appointment. Initially, the process was frustrating. The staff requested my security code, which I sent, only to be told it was incorrect, and my appointment was cancelled without further clarification. I later sent a screenshot of the voucher to prove the code was correct, and a new appointment was arranged. However, the communication continued to feel harsh and unwelcoming, as I was warned that being over five minutes late would result in my appointment being cancelled without a refund. They redeemed my voucher straight away. On the day of the appointment, I arrived 30 minutes early to avoid any issues. I texted to ask if I could be seen earlier but received no response, so I waited outside. Upon entering, the receptionist greeted me warmly but turned cold as soon as I mentioned my name because she knew she just ignored my text. The beautician who provided the service was kind and professional, so I decided to add an underarm wax and a massage. However, the receptionist's rude attitude persisted when I went to pay. I asked for a price list, and she curtly responded, ‘we don’t do that’. After a few minutes, she said, ‘I thought you asked for a plaster’ and handed me the price list. I had initially considered booking more treatments, such as facials and microblading, but the receptionist's rudeness discouraged me. While the beautician was lovely, the unprofessional behaviour of the receptionist left a bad impression. I wouldn’t recommend this place due to the lack of friendliness and poor customer service.

Worst wax of my life. The place was dirty, the technician was rude. I booked a Brazilian and she only did the front, very badly. When she asked for me to check if I was happy, I knew I wasn't happy with her work but I said I was because it was so painful (I know a wax is painful but she wasn't holding my skin and made it worse) and she was not going to be doing a better job. When I left she asked me how I wanted to pay and I said I had a groupon and she told me I hadn't paid. I insisted a couple time saying I had paid via Groupon and she was really rude to me insisting I hadn't paid before even checking my booking. Not worth even the discounted price.
