Plates @ 5* M by Montcalm is a modern eatery and bar in Shoreditch. In addition to serving up fresh and hearty meals every day, Plate also bake their very own bread, ideal as a side to a warm breakfast and fresh coffee. The restaurant is happy to offer its catering services to various locations, working with venues such as M by Montcalm or EJ Churchill. Arnaud Stevens, the owner and creative force behind Plate is a classically trained chef, influenced in France by his mother and uncle and the Southern French culture of food.
