Went here with my partner yesterday and we was very impressed the food was excellent. For starters we had the crispy fried wings in lemon and herb seasoning cooked to perfection the best wings i've eaten for a long time and the chicken bao bun . . very nice. For mains my partner had the OG a combination of Jerk chicken and fried prawns on top of jollof rice served in half a pineapple and i had deep fried prawns on jollof rice also served in half a pineapple both were packed with flavour just perfectly cooked. For drinks we had a Lyche mocktail and a rum punch delicious. I have to congratulate Maria who cooked and served the food, she's a lovely lady very friendly, we had a little misunderstanding but she was vey quick to sort it out. The building could do with touching up here and there but don't be put off by this because the food is amazing a little gem in Shoreditch.

Had a fab evening at Pineapple Xpress. Food was delicious and full of flavour, Matthew and his staff were excellent, thanks again.

The food was delicious, presentation was superb. I specifically liked the allo chicken with the pineapple sauce. It was well seasoned and very tasty. My friend had the fire chicken but that wasn鈥檛 for my taste bud as much as the sweet chicken. We both had jollof rice with it and it was fantastic. We requested for mock tails and we were obliged. We both enjoyed our girlie impromptu date night.

The restaurant was easy to find as it鈥檚 on the main road, The staff were very welcoming and the service was excellent. The food and was 10/10 very well presented and delicious, the mocktail was nice. I highly recommend!

The young entrepreneur had a vibrant personality and good customer service.
Food was good, cooked to order and portion size was perfect. The whole vibe of the restaurant was nice.
