Influenced by Shito Ryu Karate and Yamanni Ryu Kobudo, the CMK Shotokan Karate academy offers lessons of different levels to adults and children as young as four. Classes for youngsters focus on improving coordination, confidence and self-discipline, while adult training sessions are designed to foster self-awareness and develop physical fitness.
