Hands and feet looked fab!
My feet were lovely and soft by the time I left and I paid £6 extra to have my nails cut and shaped which was quite nice but the lady that did my feet didn't speak much English so it was a little difficult to communicate!
quite average tbh. Expected a bit more for the money paid
The treatment was not worth the money. Even at £29 Groupon price it was not value for money. How they justify £79 normally I do not understand. They wanted to add extras as soon as I arrived.
I had to piont out several areas where they had not dealt properly with my hard skin. The parafin wrap left my skin feeling nice hence the 2 star rating.
Good treatment however I was more or less abandoned by my therapist whilst my feet were in the wax and had to ask if the treatment was complete after waiting half an hour so not amazing customer service.
fab treatment, I just keep coming back
I visited the Kingston branch on 10 December and had the intensive foot treatment. I don't have hard skin build up, calluses or cracked heels but I do have dry skin. As the £75 (reduced to £29 on Groupon) treatment doesn't include cutting the toe nails, I paid an extra £5 for this. The treatment was excellent, the staff lovely, and competent. One podiatrist did the toe nail cutting/cuticle trimming, buffing with an electric emery tool) and the second did the massage, warm paraffin wax treatment etc. As I was going to sitting with my feet in paraffin, I opted to have my hands done at the same time for £4. I wasn't pressured into any of these extras, I asked for them. The premises is easy to find on Eden Street almost opposite Kingston Post Office, and it was clean and bright. There were four working at the time I was there. It has six chairs, plus other stations for manicures and what looked to be a massage room at the back.
I will definitely be going back.
I usually have no complaints at the Kingston branch but each time I have had a groupon and attended the Worcester Park branch I have had the most awful service.
I had to leave my toenails unpainted due to another customer being booked for the same treatment as me at the same time and was berated for not having flip flops... it’s -1 outside... you are providing a service you need to make sure you have facilities to enable customers to leave with dry nails. Nail dryer heaters perhaps?
Would rather pay the full amount and go to the Kingston branch in future clearly they send their least trained staff to other branches.
