First established in Soho in 1926, Patisserie Valerie follows artisanal baking traditions brought to London by Belgian-born Madam Valerie, whose mission was to introduce continental patisserie to the English. Now boasting over 120 venues nationwide, the company adorns its cafes with 1950s-inspired decor, and serves up an array of freshly-made cakes, craft pastries, breakfasts, lunches, coffees and loose-leaf teas. Their specialities include meticulously crafted croissants and viennoiseries, as well as homemade Italian-style gelato.
Excellent service, staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Endless tea and coffee. Sandwiches and cakes first class. The best afternoon tea I’ve ever had! Thank you.

The classiest place in Chesterfield. How about a little soft French background music to enhance the ambiance?
Scones were awful, really hard. Cakes weren't great.......I thought they would be smaller versions of those sold in the shop! But no, nowhere near as good. It was a waste of money and certainly not worth it.
A special treat with my daughter
We had a lovely te for two the staff were very good and food was really nice would go again
Excellent All Day Brunch at the St Paul’s Street, Leeds, Patisserie Valerie. Staff very friendly and attentative with a good atmosphere. The premises are spotless so you can relax and enjoy their well presented food. Will be going back for Afternoon Tea.
I attended the Leeds St Paul's Street patisserie. The service was great as usual. The scones were not nice, a bit cheesy which was disappointing. The cake selection was nice and sandwiches very good. You get two drinks from the hot drinks menu only and the second is refillable (unlimited). It was quite busy on a Saturday. Well worth paying the Groupon price.
Really good service and lovely selection of sandwiches and cakes.
Excellent afternoon tea. Would recommend.
