About MMA Defence

MMA Defence is based on Mill Lane in West Derby and also Woolton Hill Road in Woolton. We include a wide range of martial arts techniques in our classes including those from Kickboxing, Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo, Boxing, Krav Maga, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu and Kung Fu. We are a local community club providing great value classes for children and adults. We work with local support groups and regional and national charities to support those that they help by bringing the positives of good physical and mental health to all members of the community. The classes are warm and welcoming and are run by our instructors in a safe and friendly environment. We focus on real life self defence rather than competition. Most people who start the classes have no previous experience. The classes are suitable for all ages and abilities.
