At the time we went (admittedly school holidays)the ice was watery, the rink itself was exceptionally busy with more people still coming in and it took a while for staff to deal with a group of 4 teenagers/adults playing a dangerous game of tag in the middle of it all.

Nice ice rink and venue. Just make sure you've got your 50p for the locker and arrive early to allow time for skate hiring
