Loved this place nice service highly recommend looking forward to go back!!!
very good quality products , will sure last well
Very friendly staff, great attention to detail - recommend the BIAB manicure!
Fast, efficient and nails look great. Had the Biab manicure and gel pedicure.
I had a really good experience here . I paid £10 extra for cuticle and it was worth every penny . Tina was very professional and gave my hands and feet 5 star treatment . I highly recommend baby pink nail beauty I will be returning again .
It was ok. I was a bit late but they were kind enough to still honor my appt. The lady seemed like she was in a bad mood and the mani pedi were definitely express. No water for my pedicure, no lotion on either, not cuticle cutting. Very basic and not what was listed on the Groupon. But she did a good job with the actually painting. Will I return? Probably not.
It was good. I had an appointment for a certain time through Groupon but seemed like no one knew about it so got asked to come back a bit later which was fine. Upgraded to the full service which was worth it but deffo not BIAB as advertised, it was gel/shellac which is good for the price but just wish it was advertised correctly.
the lady ( bigger one) who did my nails was rude, rolls her eyes and barks orders and this is when I’m actually speaking their language… now imagine if you don’t. I was pretty jealous as the other ladies seem much nicer but my one was not pleasant - shoving my arm back and forth and making me feel soo uncomfortable I was too scared to tell her I didn’t actually like the color. :(
Really didn’t like her attitude, if you don’t like your job or don’t like groupon customers I suggest don’t working I hospitality.
Note this is my First review given on groupon despite purchasing other deals before just wanted to be honest. 3 stars is generous
Very fast service, good job, my nails look very good, only the staff is not so friendly.
I had quite an unpleasant experience at this salon. The manager who welcomed me when I arrived for 11 o'clock appointment was very nice and welcoming, but she had a bad news that my manicurist was not there yet. I told her that I had a meeting at 12:30 and can't be late for it. She called the manicurist and then told me that she will arrive soon. I waited for 20 minutes. The manager called the technician again and told me that because of the traffic she is running late and will arrive soon. Two manicurists arrived together in about 5 minutes after that. By that time there was another lady waiting to get her manicure. The technician, who was assigned to do my nails, came in, sat at the table in her coat while talking to the manager in Chinese, and indicated to a chair for me. She never looked at me, never said hello or sorry for being late, just – ‘sit, what colour you want’. I said to the manager – Is that it? Does she speak English? Can she say sorry or explain why we had to wait for her for almost half an hour? Is she going to take off her coat or will she do my nails while in her overcoat? - The manager talked to the technician and then said to me in English that as the technician knew that I was in a hurry she wanted to start straight away without losing time! When I said that I expected her to take off her coat first, wash her hands or put on gloves before she starts on my nails, there was another uneasy conversation in Chinese between the manager and that technician, after which she swapped tables with the second technician who sat at my table, smiled and, though her English was very basic, she tried to talk to me and was very nice. At 12:15 I realised that I could be late for my next meeting, we decided that we stop and that I would come back to finish my BIAB after my meeting. So I came back later in the afternoon and this nice lady finished my manicure.
I certainly will never go back to that salon and would not recommend it to my friends. I am sorry for that nice lady-manager and that quiet and shy manicurist, who did my nails, because they deserve better. I had a feeling that they were uncomfortable in the presence of that other technician…
