Led by the chefs Alex Cooper and Shiann Stuiver (formerly of Pollen Street Social) Basement Galley is a catering company that is passionate about creative cuisine. The dishes combine French brasserie style with strong British and Scandinavian influences, all using seasonal produce. Basement Galley operates events across the capital, most famously The Underground Supper Club, located on an 1969 London Underground carriage.
