Bouncy Boots London offers fitness classes in Kangoo Jumps - specially constructed spring shoes designed for cross-training activities. Bouncy boots workouts combine dance moves, running and jumping, while listening to energising music. The classes are held at two locations, in Westfield in Shepherd's Bush and at JFS School in Kingsbury.
