First of all poor customer service , staff was very dry . My little one played at the toddler area which is very small although the over 5s was generously spacious and more things to do . So I was disappointed for that reason I will not be returning. Kids of all age play anywhere and no one seem to say anything, unorganised, outdated place , found stashed boxes and papers in a corner where you can see clearly at the kids area . Iam glad I did not pay full price .,the good thing is warm , enough place to sit down .

Took my child and his friend for a play. We all had chips to eat and would say it could be better. The place needs some updating

The postcode provided on Groupon was incorrect and so we weren't able to get there on time. We ended up turning around and going home. No one else seemed bothered that the information was incorrect. Only wish we could offer zero stars.

Perfect for babies, toddlers and young children up to 6 I would say. Suitable for 7-9 yr olds too but they may get bored quick. Great safety and polite staff. Organic food served with reasonable prices. Would recommend to mums looking for a place to sit and catch up with mates whilst children play. Or for mums wanted to engage with their child’s play.

Be prepared to leave pushchair outside. You may need to bring a friend/partner if you have a lot to carry. Also try to avoid on rainy day as only a little shelter for pushchairs. Both mine and my sisters were wet when we left. Get 2 hours inside so not bad. It's a soft play so typically it is noisy and busy. Staff are good on implementing rules - no over 2s in under 2s area, no walking up slides.
