Braziliana is a restaurant on Westow Hill, Crystal Palace, London. It specialises in Brazilian style food. Its opening times are: Monday to Wednesday, 9am to 5pm; Thursday to Saturday, 9am to 10:30pm; Sunday, 10am to 5pm. All their food and drinks are available as take-aways. The dishes include “Brigadeiro”, which is a dessert consumed on Brazilian birthdays, and Pao de Queijo, made from cassava flour and then baked. Braziliana's menu has three main categories: main courses; street food and drinks. The main courses are steaks, feijoada and burgers. Feijoada is a type of stew with black beans. The steaks are served with farofa, which is a mixture made up of manioc flour. Burgers are served with chips. There are two vegetarian options: a feijoada of black beans and mushrooms and a vegetarian burger. The street food includes churrasquinhos, which are skewers of barbecued meat or cheese. There are pastels (pastries of beef and cheese) and cassava chips. The drinks include beer, wine and cocktails. One of the cocktails available is the Caipirinha which is made from the Brazilian spirit cachaca mixed with lime, sugar and ice.
