One grubby old menu was passed around each table - why not have more than one menu in the whole restaurant? Toilets were grim; service and ambiance were worst I have seen in London; it was FREEZING inside, we kept our coats on and they just had one heater plugged it, rolled out to middle of the room. My partner refused to eat any of the food and we left as quickly as possible, did not wait for all the courses. Unfortunately I had bought 2 vouchers so a complete waste of money as will never go back to use the second one. Should not be on Groupon. I cannot fathom how this restaurant survives - only 2 other couples came in while we were there and they too were unimpressed and looked ready to leave.To make matters worse when we walked out, the rude waiter chased after us and demanded we pay a service charge of about £2 as this was not included in the voucher. I said no way - that we were not paying anything for service and that this service charge should be discretionary. the waiter pretended like he had no idea what I emant and just shouted at us about having to pay an extra £2. I ended up giving him the money just so the whole experience would be over. My partner was livid we'd even gone in. Extremely disappointed for Groupon having such a low quality restaurant on their site.
