Tender grilled meat is delivered directly to tables at Cantina do Gaucho. There is also a buffet of side dishes, including salad, farofa, chips and beans. Devised by Albino Ongaratto, the owner of a restaurant in Rio Grande do Sul, the style of service sees staff serving tables with succulent portions of meat from the grill. Customers can say 'obrigado' when they've had enough to eat, turning their green sign to red.
