About Delina

Delina means 'our desire' in Tigrinya, an Ethiopian and Eritrean dialect, and started out as an Ethiopian street food stall back in 2013. The company's founder, Nazareth, travelled around the local area before she set off to conquer the rest of the UK, working with catering companies, offices and local markets. The company has now settled down in Shepherd's Bush, where cooking classes featuring traditional Ethiopian recipes are available to little ones and adults.
