These people are thieves!! This is a scam! Groupon should not advertise this offer. You wait months for an appointment and they cancel a day before without any explanation. They send automatic email without any name given or do not respond.

This place has been closed since Christmas. The telephone is disconnected. My daughter went there 3 times during the day to make a booking, but they were closed. When I phoned Groupon to get a refund, Groupon insisted that the place was open and told me to make an appointment online, which I did. I took my daughter to that appointment and we found the place closed. We wasted time and money.

Don't even go there! They cancel your appointment with barely any notice, tell you to make another and when you try to they close down their website making it impossible to rearrange.

Please do not visit this place, though the deal sounds attractive. Place is dirty, staff are extremely rude! Telephone number advertised on the website is never answered which becomes very frustrating, apparently the company was taken over and so in a major disarray at the moment. I was unable to complete my full treatment- because they had overbooked, they still owe me a massage and pedicure, which I cannot get through to book. Money wasted!

Absolutely dreadful place, very unprofessional, no certificates/licence details anywhere. Dirty, bins overflowing electrical cables trailing around bed, harsh strip lighting above bed stinging your eyes. The products looked like they were from Poundland. I had coconut oil put on the skin which was left on the side table and the jar said the contents was perfect for grilling, frying and baking! I was wrapped up in clenfilm, baking foil and then in a thick rug, the electric heater was put on - I felt like I was going to pass out I was so hot! I got myself dressed so I could find the therapist to ask for a drink of water, she was with another client she handed me a dirty glass which had a used old teabag in and I was asked if I could wash it out as she had oily hands. The sink was filthy. I picked my bag up and walked out without having any more of my Groupon treatmeant done. What an absolutely awful experience, never in my life have I ever been to a place like this! Groupon - look at all your customer experiences and feedback on this spa (if you can call it that) and remove it off of your books. It's an absolute joke.

Had a lovely 2 hour pamper, enjoyed every minute. Decor is a bit tatty but apparently they plan on renovating in the New Year.

The venue is not welcoming, no lights and a bit of a chaos. The products are a collection of non brands and do not smell nice at all. Also the room, very poor. I had the pamper package 3 treatments for £29,- The pedicure was just a nail polish. The massage was not relaxing, I had a bruise on my forehead of the microderm- that I added for £15,-: I will not return, as this deal suppossed to attrack new customers. A shame! There is potential, hope you imp

The girls were so lovely and friendly and couldn't be faulted. However the treatments were bad, there was no space and there was a lack of professionalism. My pedicure (that was supposed to be a coconut scrub) consisted of her taking off my well painted toe nail varnish and repainting them very badly. There was no actual foot treatment. There was more nail varnish on my foot than my nails. And then two of them chipped that evening. They were lovely girls and I don't fault them as people but the treatments were awful and I definitely wont be returning.
