Not really as described. A bit dark and dingy and the spa really isn’t a spa! It has no pool, and the rest of the facilities were very poor. Do not recommend using if you want a spa - you would be disappointed.

I booked for a one night stay with my partner at your hotel for the location and Spa access for our anniversary. Upon arrival we were told that access to the rooftop was closed due to maintenance works.. After unpacking to get ready to visit your Spa, we were informed that the steam room and pool were closed due to further maintenance works which would last 24 hours however according to the notice at the pool, this was to be only re opened on Sunday...Thankfully I did not book an extra night as we went elsewhere the next day. The most embarrassing part about this whole scenario was having to que like sheep to use the sauna and Jacuzzi. Your facilities have won you an award that "only less than 2%" of hotels/spas have won worldwide but I struggle to see how as there arent even basic seating/resting arrangements in the area. Other guests were clearly annoyed and vocal which did not make our stay pleasurable at all. To add further frustration, our room was directly under the gym. We were rudely awakened in the early hours of the morning by people running on the treadmills and during our afternoon stay. Having worked five years in the luxury retail sector for the beginning of my career, at any point of dissatisfaction from a client and in particular if the brand at hand was at fault, appropriate measures would be taken to rectify brand loyalty and ultimately client retention and satisfaction. To further highlight lack of "customer service" my email address was left and confirmed that it was on file for a member of Management to get back to me as "the manager was unavailable" At no point was this ridiculous day addressed appropriately by any staff members nor did we feel vauled by any means. May I remind you that trying to make up for this mess by issuing a "spa day pass" which I do not accept has had to be the biggest slap in the face coming from a "five star hotel" Management have yet to respond to me event after following up to this complaint. It has now been 3 weeks
