The staff were lovely for the most part. My hairdresser - Angelo - was great at cutting my hair (something I struggle to find). My only drawback is that the brazilian blow wave hardly lasted the first wash... basically completely redundant and that was the main point of my going there. So I'm a little peeved. But a nice salon nonetheless.

My hairdresser Angelo was very good, this review does not reflect on him at all. I really like my hair! However, when I called up to book my appointment I mentioned that I had a Groupon voucher. I was instantly told that there were no appointments at weekends or any evenings until the end of August. I reluctantly made an appointment at 3pm and took some leave from work. I was in the salon until half 5ish yesterday and there was only one other customer, so not quite as rushed off their feet as I'd been led to believe. When I booked, I gave over my voucher details and before I arrived the voucher was showing as pending and I was unable to view any of the voucher details, which didn't concern me as it was the day of my appointment. I walked into the salon and gave my name. The lady sat at the reception desk asked for my voucher code. I tried to explain that I couldn't as I had already given it when booking and someone at the salon's end had showed it as being used. She was really argumentative and made me really flustered as she also gave me a form to fill out my details and wouldn't let me speak. She said I should log into the website not the app. I again tried to explain that I'd already given the code but she was really rude and seemed annoyed at me. Angelo then sat me down to talk about my hair. When I booked the small print said t would be £15 for toner and £15 for hair longer than shoulder length. However when I was sat down I was told it was an extra £25 for my length hair. I have long hair that falls between my shoulder blades but is not exactly unusual. I was already feeling pretty unwelcome after the way I'd been spoken to to start with so I agreed and tried to relax. I now feel bad because it put me in such a bad mood, I didn't chat to Angelo at all and none of this was his fault. After my hair had been dyed and washed and was about to be cut I was sat in the salon, still the only customer. The lady who had been rude before and a man who I think was the manager were talking just behind me by the till. The lady said really loudly '3 girls have been in today and none of them have paid, they all had groupons'. This obviously put me straight back into a mood and I felt even more uncomfortable. I don't understand why a company would offer their services on Groupon and then get annoyed when someone PAYS to use them. Bearing in mind in addition to the amount I paid, I paid another £40 in 'extras'. I'm not sure how they treat other customers but I was made to feel unwelcome, unwanted and as if I was trying to rip them off.

Good service, very professional and Carlos understood exactly what I wanted with my hair. I went quite short for my haircut and was very pleased with the end result. Real Brazilian blowout, authentic in technique and result.

Awful experience - Hush basically blackmailed me the get a £15 surcharge. I called Groupon customer services from my the shop and received no support. I was told the voucher had already been redeemed and therefore if I didn't pay the extra I would lose the £60 initial voucher payment!!! Disgraceful, both on the part of Hush and Groupon. Completely unsatisfactory treatment.
