I am very happy with the service I received from Icon.. I would highly recommend to others

Had an appointment on 3rd August at 10am but the salon was closed. I waited for 45mins but no one showed up, the phone was disconnected. There were 2 reminders via text and email, they didn’t tell me if they would be closed or canceled my appointment. Please kindly refund.

AVOID!! I missed my appointment but tried to call prior with no luck to my to change date not to be refunded but they were so unreasonable was just flat up daylight robbery said I won’t be getting a reschedule or refund. I messaged back and emailed back but their system doesn’t even allow you to contact back. I was asked to show proof of my call list which I was waiting for an email to send on then wasn’t sent an email to send them the proof they asked for on then when I called no answer! Some time later they one rang my phone just to say they tried to call but I wa son my phone so it was a quick ring then hang up.. If YOU Don’t mind putting money in their pocket to receive No service then by all means but I wish I read reviews before wasting my time!!
