Everything was perfect! Professional, precise and friendly staff

I had a great experience today and Kiran was very professional, attentive, friendly and welcoming. She provided a great service and I would definitely recommend Inàstar Beauty Beautique and would come back.

It took me around a month to manage to book this appointment. The treatment unfortunately was not luxurious, I was expecting something more from it and the nail polish is not long lasting

Very nice manicure. However I struggled to get an appointment. I was told multiple times that Groupon Bouchers could only be booked at midday, while on the Boucher says until 7:30 pm some days. I work full time in the office, so that doesn't work for me. At the end I managed to get an appointment in the late afternoon, but on the day they accepted a walk in just before me (knowing I had an appointment in a few min) and had to wait 40 min. Very nice salon and good service, but costumer service could be improve.

The main technician is very knowledgeable and does great manicures and pedicures, however they need to spend some additional time training the other staff who are still developing. The ambience needs some work - the decor is dated and it doesnt feel super clean. I wouldnt buy this voucher again.

The attention they gave me was very good, but their work and thoroughness were very bad.

Did not get my nails done. I decided not to get my nails and toes done as the owner appeared very unprofessional. She hovered over the lady doing the work and spoke in her own language, When she realised how much I paid she spoke in her own language. Prior to my appointment I was told they are not making any money from this deal with Groupon, I had a tee infection although I could get the rest of my hands and rest toe nails vanished I did not feel that I would get the service because the owner was aware how much I paid. Poor experience. The lady doing the nails was very nice but not the owner.
