I had the strangest experience. I was asked over the phone, if I also wanted eyelash extension and I said I wanted everything on the voucher. When I got there I was treated as if I was lying. Asked several times, if I had paid and tried to explain that I would not have the voucher, if I hadn't paid. Then there was a call to the owner because eyelash extension was on the list of things. I made out that I couldn't have the extension because I just wanted my brows and the threading done, so I could get out of there as quickly as possible. The lady who did the brows and threading did a lovely job but that's not enough for me to ever go back there. A really horrible experience which I did not expect or anticipate.
