I booked the parking with perfectparking.com as instructed on the voucher. I cannot believe that you are recommending and offering groupon vouchers for such a horrendously, unprofessional outfit. Far from perfect parking! After several phonecalls, driver arrived to collect the car 50 minutes after I first rang. The driver had no ID, no driving licence or any proof that he was an employee of the company. We were surrounded by other customers complaining about damage to their cars, things stolen from inside and even one guy saying they had lost their car keys!! You can understand how worried and apprehensive I was to leave the car but at that time I didn't have time to make alternative parking arrangements. I was worried and anxious the whole time we were on holiday, worried what state I would get my car back, or if I would get it back at all. When we did arrive back, there was a large scratch on the right hand rear side of the car, and the light casing also scuffed. We reported this to the driver and he told us to email the company direct about it. We also took photos of the scratch and scuff as evidence. Overall it was a horrendous experience from start to finish, and ruined my holiday as I was unable to relax. I would definitely not recommend this service and I certainly will not be using it again. I'm also not sure I will ever trust any further groupon recommendations after this. I have contacted perfect parking direct but I also look forward to hearing your response on this whole experience.
