About School of Wok
Established in 2009, School of Wok has educated over 60,000 students in the art of Asian cuisine, winning the 2014 British Cookery School Award for Best Specialist. Head Chef and founder Jeremy Pang has worked to bring the Chinese and Pan-Asian flavours of his youth to Londoners and beyond, publishing two cookbooks, Chinese Unchopped and Hong Kong Diner, as well as appearing on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch. Catering to individual and corporate clients alike, School of Wok also offers cooking equipment and bao bun kits.
